Air Circulation

Our houses are equipped with an Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system to exhaust stale air from the interior of your house and to bring in fresh air from outside while managing indoor air quality and humidity levels.

Foundation Flexibility

This house can be lifted with a crane on to a permanent foundation. The foundation can be as non-intrusive as helical piles (ground screws), or piers, slab on grade or even ICF walls as an insulated crawl-space.

We do not offer on-site work, including site preparation, foundation build*, service connections, decks, or exterior additions.

You require to hire your own contractor for the foundation and have it completed before the house can be delivered to you site. However, we would provide you and your general contractor with the requirements for the foundation and service connections.
